These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flint Social website at flintsocial.ca, our social media management services, and the "AI News with Kade" content project (together, the "Services"). Flint Social ("we," "us," "our") is a social media business based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The services we provide
- Social media management — content planning, creation, scheduling and related services for businesses, scoped in a separate agreement with each client.
- AI News with Kade — a short-form video project on the founder's own social accounts (including TikTok and Instagram) that summarizes and comments on artificial- intelligence news. It is opinion and commentary for general information only.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Third-party platforms
Our tools and the AI News with Kade project connect to third-party platforms — including TikTok and Instagram — through their official APIs, and only to the creator's own accounts. Our use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, developer policies, and community guidelines, and we operate within them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform.
Content, intellectual property & likeness
The website, its design, our brand, and the content we publish (including the AI News with Kade videos, which feature the founder's own voice and likeness) are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission. Any third-party names, headlines, or materials referenced in our commentary remain the property of their owners and are used for news reporting and commentary.

AI News with Kade and any information on this site are provided for general information and commentary only. They are not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flint Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Nova Scotia, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
