I built the system on myself first.
Here is what it does, and what it taught me.
Before I built an AI system for anyone else, I built one that runs my own channel. It has been going for weeks, in public, where anyone can check it.
Client zero is me.
@ainewswithkade is my own channel and a system I built runs it. It writes the script, makes the video, picks when to post, then reads how it did. What flops changes what it makes next. I approve every one before it goes out. That is my whole job on it.
I am not selling you something I read about. I am selling you the thing that already does my own work while I am at Dal.
The AI part is the least of it.
Wiring up a model is the easy bit, and it is the bit everyone talks about. The hard part is everything around it: working out which job is actually worth taking off a person, making the thing fail safely when it hits something it has not seen, and building it so one busy week does not quietly kill it.
That is the part I bring to your business, and it is the reason I want to come and watch how you work before I build anything. You cannot pick the right job to automate from a questionnaire.

When a system runs part of your business, the guardrails are not fine print. They are non-negotiable.
Permission is in writing and you can pull it any time. The whole thing stops the day you say so. If your face or voice is ever involved, that stays yours on the same terms.
Every action it takes is visible to you, and anything that goes out in your name waits for your sign-off. You are the gate, not me.
If you would not say it to a customer's face, the system never says it either. It sticks to what is true about your business and what you would defend.
This is a build, not an app.
You are not buying software and working out the rest yourself. I come in, learn how the job is really done, and build the thing around it. I take on a small number at a time so each one gets built right.
